Initial Contact

Meetings / Calls

Any time you have a call or a meeting with a lead, please click qualify lead. This will then move the lead to an opportunity.

After Lead Call / Meeting

After the call / meeting, you have 3 options:

1. The client signed up, you will then click “close as won”.

2. The client said no or has no money, click “Close as Lost”. Before you do this, please add a note about the conversation.

3. The client will move forward but has not yet, then you will move them to the next step which is “Propose”. Please add a note to their profile.
