Mitch Cadieux received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Carleton University in Ottawa in 2021 and quickly jumped into the industry in 2022. Along with his degree, Mitch became a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder in 2026, and received his CIM (Chartered Investment Manager) designation in 2024.

Mitch started his career as a Portfolio Associate at BMO Private Investment Counsel where he supported the management of high-net-worth client portfolios through investment analysis, portfolio construction, and ongoing monitoring. He also previously worked as an Associate at RBC Dominion Securities gaining experience in relationship management, financial planning and delivering tailored investment solutions. 

Outside of work, Mitch enjoys staying active in the gym, playing golf, and is a movie enthusiast.
