About Tracey
Tracey L. Epp is a partner in the law firm of Pitblado LLP and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 1986 with a B.A., and from the University of Manitoba in 1989 with an L.L.B. She was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1990. Tracey has extensive experience in Labour/Employment/Human Rights law including provision of day-to-day advice on all related matters, appearing before labour arbitrators, labour boards, administrative tribunals and the courts, drafting and negotiating collective agreements/employment contracts. Tracey has significant experience in conducting independent workplace investigations, particularly in the areas of harassment and respectful workplace and is certified by the Association of Workplace Investigators. Tracey conducts and participates in seminars and talks for various institutions both locally and nationally and is a contributing writer to numerous texts, periodicals, and newsletters on various topics.
