Investing Lesson 1 – 20 Investing Lessons
Benoit Poliquin speaks about lessons he has learned over the past twenty years of managing portfolios professionally and how you can apply them.
Dear Charlotte and Emile,
Even though I provide wealth and investment management services every day to get my clients closer to their State of Independence, I find that during my spare time, I often circle back to the same question: “What knowledge do my children need to reach their State of Independence?”
It’s a question I’ve asked myself many times as I’ve watched you both grow up. To that end, this is the first in a series of videos that will try instilling in you some of the investment knowledge I’ve picked up over the last two decades. After all, a rich life is one of learning. Most of us learn by our mistakes. I’m just trying to save you some time by learning from my mistakes, so that you can go on and make your own 😉.
In each of these 90-second videos I’ll attempt to impart some of the knowledge you’ll need to finally reach your State of Independence, starting with the very basic and moving to more specific topics later in the series.
But here’s the catch – you have to listen to them all. Because you can’t learn to run until you’ve mastered walking!
